Grateful for Grace: Christmas in July!
Update & lots of FREE gifts!
This month marks the start of the second half of the year.
Whoa.
That thought stopped me in my tracks primarily because time seems to be flying by at a record pace, but also because it gives me reason to pause and reflect on my goals for the year and the progress I’ve made.
If you’ve been following along on social media, you may notice many of my posts the past couple of weeks have been about finding your worth beyond your productivity. Even in reflecting on my progress, I want to keep these truths in mind:
I belong to Christ before I belong to my assignments.
My value is not rising and falling with my output.
I will do what is before me with faithfulness, and leave the outcome with God.
As you consider your progress and goals for the remaining half of 2026, I hope you will hold these truths close as reminders that our worth is not in our productivity. And on the days when you cannot point to a long list of accomplishments, try asking this question of yourself:
Was I faithful with what was in front of me?
With a grateful heart,
Sarah
My little family of four celebrates Christmas in July. Each year, we pick one day in July, put up a mini tree, hang stockings, crank up the A/C, bake Christmas goodies, watch Christmas movies, and exchange 1 gift each. It has become one of my favorite days of the year.
So, in the spirit of giving, this month, I have multiple gifts for you! Check out these FREE resources and HUGE giveaway below! Don’t miss out… a couple of these are time-sensitive!

Something is growing here — and I wanted you to hear it first.
The weekly blog and monthly newsletter will always be free. That does not change. But I am opening a new space for those who want to go a little deeper — the Bloom Circle, where paid members receive a weekly Between the Blooms devotion, two audio reflections each month, access to the full archives, and additional gifts along the way.
It is $7 a month, or $67 for the year.
You have been here from the beginning. Whatever you decide, I am glad you are here.
If we have not met yet beyond this newsletter, I wrote a book about what it looks like to trust God when the ground beneath you has burned. It is called Even the Ashes Bloom — and it is for the woman who is still standing in the middle of something hard, wondering if anything good can come from this.

A Prayer for Today…
Lord,
Thank you for the gift of this day — and for the reminder that You are not measuring me by what I produced in it. As this year turns its corner, quiet the voice that compares. Settle me into the truth that I am Yours before I am anything else. Where I have been faithful with small things, let that be enough. Where I have fallen short, remind me that Your mercies are new — not just at the start of the year, but at the start of every ordinary morning.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
